76 high-frequency welded pipe machine is a complete set of equipment that uses strip steel as raw material to produce round steel pipes or a line of steel pipes of various styles through a series of pipe-making processes such as uncoiling, forming, high-frequency welding, sizing,
straightening, and cutting. Roll forming is used to cold-bend the strip steel into a round billet, and the weld seam is extruded to form a round tube through high-frequency induction heating. After sizing, various styles of standard round tubes and square rectangular tubes are produced.
The high-frequency welded pipe is used for welded pipes. The straight seam high-frequency welded steel pipe has the characteristics of relatively simple process and fast continuous production.
